A Transportation Leadership Program Elective Workshop

Course Description:

This interactive workshop offers practical tools and strategies for managing time with greater clarity, focus, and intention. Participants will explore how to align daily actions with long-term priorities, reduce time-wasting habits, and manage energy across the day. Using experiential exercises and reflective inquiry, this session will help you reclaim your time and invest it where it matters most.

Learning Objectives:

Upon completion of this class, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the psychological and practical barriers to effective time use.
  • Apply prioritization frameworks to make clearer decisions about where to focus.
  • Identify and shift common habits that undermine focus and productivity.
  • Develop a personal time management system grounded in values and intention.

Who Should Attend:

This workshop is open to members of the Transportation Leadership Program - current cohorts and alumni are welcome.

Class Notes:

This is a camera-on, fully participatory virtual experience. Please be prepared to engage with others in breakout rooms and individual reflection exercises throughout the session.

Course Instructor:

Jeff Flowers, Lead Facilitator at Gantry One Consulting, is a leadership coach and workshop facilitator who helps organizations build more human, resilient, and high-performing teams. His work integrates emotional intelligence, communication, and experiential learning to create lasting behavior change.

  • Cancellation/Refund Policy: The registration fee is refundable if notice of cancellation is received 48 hours prior to the start of the program. Registrants who are unable to attend and do not cancel in advance are subject to the registration fee. Substitutions may be made at any time. Please notify us of changes.
