Custom Training Programs

The Connecticut Training and Technical Assistance Center Custom Training Program offers a variety of customized and very affordable training options. We work with you to develop a class to meet the specific educational and safety needs of your organization. Our nationally certified instructors will present a session that is tailored to your workforce and is held conveniently at your location. Your participants receive Road Master Program Elective Credit and certificates of completion. For a partial list of topics that we offer, please see the attached Custom Training Flyer. If you do not see the topic that you are interested in, please contact us and we will work with you to create a personalized class for your group.

The Custom Training Program offers many benefits:

• No travel expenses or overtime for your employees who are attending a class
• You select a date for the class that is convenient to the schedule of your workforce
• The session is customized to fit the needs of your employees
• We handle the paperwork and bill you directly
