Current Projects

CAP Lab personnel work primarily with the Connecticut Department of Transportation's Pavement Research Unit, Management Group, and Pavement Design Unit to on applied research in roadway construction, preservation, and management. Examples of current work include Traffic-Speed Deflectometry (TSD) at network- and project- level, high-frequency Ground-Penetrating RADAR (GPR) for project-level analysis, development of a new network condition rating methodology.
