A CT Traffic Signal Technician Certificate Program Level II REQUIRED Workshop

Course Description:

This workshop is designed to provide an understanding of the first high level ADA/PROWAG requirements of pedestrian signals. Attendees will review pedestrian technology and participate in the programming of pedestrian equipment. 

Learning Objectives:

At the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the regulations that govern pedestrian facilities. 
  • Learn the design requirements for ADA accommodations at traffic signals.
  • Discover different technologies and pedestrian equipment.
