A CT Transportation Leadership Program REQUIRED Workshop (Cohort 10)

Course Description:

Congratulations on being accepted to Cohort Ten of the CT Transportation Leadership Program! We are excited to begin working with you on this professional development journey.

We are kicking it off with a day full of activities and learning. We will use DiSC to help you learn more about your personality and individual leadership style and spend some time in the morning assessing how this impacts how your team behaves. The afternoon will focus on the Leadership Program including expectations, requirements and structure as well as an opportunity to get to know each other and begin to network as a Cohort. We will also identify critical issues for you in your current roles and topics of interest for the future.

Who Should Attend: 

This workshop is only available to Transportation Leadership Program's Cohort 10 participants.

Instructor:

Celeste Barros is an educator, facilitator, and coach whose work focuses on customized interactive learning programs designed to enhance and build management and leadership skills. Celeste has an active consultation business and also serves as the architect and lead instructor for the leadership and management development program for the staff at the University of Connecticut.

• Cancellation/Refund Policy: The registration fee is refundable if notice of cancellation is received 48 hours prior to the start of the program. Registrants who are unable to attend and do not cancel in advance are subject to the registration fee.
