A CT Transportation Leadership Program REQUIRED Workshop - Cohort #8

Course Description: 

This module will focus on assessing the qualities of yourself and your staff in order to develop into a resilient team capable of adapting to change and succeeding in crisis. 

We will discuss critical thinking and problem solving skills as well as coaching techniques that will help you empower and build cohesion within your team.  You will walk away with several tips and ideas to try.

Learning Objectives: 

Upon completion of this class participants will be able to:

  • Discuss the importance of continuous self and team evaluation.
  • Discuss the skill of critical thinking and how it is a useful tool in problem solving.
  • Discuss the importance of creating and supporting a resilient team.
  • Discuss opportunities where coaching and critical thinking can improve your team’s resilience.

Instructor:

Sadie Lee Rosethorn, Principal of Level Up Coaching. She helps leaders improve the culture and effectiveness of their teams so they can achieve their organization's mission. Sadie leverages her 10 years of experience to help clients master the people side of business by delivering high quality coaching, training, and organizational development consulting services. Sadie holds Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology and Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Organizational Development and Leadership. She is a certified executive and personal growth coach, trained facilitator, and mediator.
