2016 Dean's Excellence Award

Dr. Eric Jackson was presented with the School of Engineering Dean’s Excellence Award on April 26, 2016

The UCONN School of Engineering has recently established the Dean’s Excellence Award recognizing faculty or staff whose work has made a significant impact in research, education or engagement. The award targets high impact, singular achievements, such as a granted patent with a strong market value, a publication in a highly regarded journal, a publication that is highly cited within a single year, a significant collaboration with industry partners, a highly recognized outreach activity, an innovative educational methodology, an innovative way to improve department/school operations or organizing a major conference/workshop.
