Mr. Lemke is a retired police Detective with over 27 years of experience in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the State of Connecticut. He retired in 2023, from the position of Crime Scene Division Detective with the City of Hartford Police Department. At the time of his retirement, he had over 20 years of experience as an Accident Reconstructionist. Mr. Lemke is currently a POSTC Accident Investigations Instructor, and is formerly a Patrol Sergeant, SWAT Team Leader and Assistant Team Commander, Gang Unit Detective, Major Crimes Detective, Field Training Officer, and Residential Police Officer.
